Required before engagement

Verify the contracting operator.

This is a public showcase, not an online shop. Before a proposal, payment, licence, or access grant, the written agreement must identify the legal supplier and data controller, including its legal name, physical and email addresses, telephone number, legal form, register details, and VAT number where applicable.

01

Legal notice

Site and trading name: King's Palace - Private Trading Research Lab.

Operator and data controller: The contracting operator is identified in the written proposal before any assessment, payment, licence, or access grant. This public preview is not a contract.

Business address and direct contact: The legal name, physical and email addresses, telephone number, legal form, registration details, and VAT number where applicable are supplied in that written proposal and must be verified before engagement.

Nature of this site: a public showcase and invitation to discuss a privately scoped research-software engagement. There is no checkout, subscription, account purchase, order button, or online contract. An engagement exists only when the parties sign a separate written agreement.

Regulatory position: the site presents research tooling and related technical services. It does not offer portfolio management, brokerage, custody, order execution, personalised investment recommendations, or a promise of funded-account qualification.

Intellectual property: site text, visual identity, software demonstrations, and non-buyer materials are reserved unless a signed agreement grants a specific licence. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Privacy notice

What we collect when you send an assessment

If you choose to send a private assessment, the form sends the name, role or team, market, reply route, and research context you enter. We use those details only to review the request and reply. Do not send strategy source code, passwords, account credentials, payment details, or special-category personal data.

Why we process it

We process the assessment to take the steps you ask for before a possible engagement and to reply. The checkbox confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a request to receive marketing. You can stop the discussion before a contract is made by contacting the operator named in the legal notice.

Where it goes and how long it stays

Assessment requests are delivered to the operator's private Discord inbox. Discord is a separate service involved in that delivery and may process data outside the EEA under its own privacy terms and transfer safeguards. The operator should delete assessment requests within 90 days unless you ask for continued discussion, a later agreement requires retention, or law requires longer retention.

Technical access data

Hosting, authentication, network-security, and content-delivery providers may process request metadata such as IP address, timestamps, requested URLs, browser or device information, authentication state, and security events. That processing supports delivery, access control, abuse prevention, incident response, and service reliability. The app itself uses no analytics, advertising pixels, newsletter tooling, or profiling.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact the operator identified above and you may complain to the data-protection authority in your Member State. The site does not make automated decisions about you.

Cookies and local storage

King's Palace does not set analytics, advertising, personalisation, or preference cookies, and it does not save assessment content to localStorage or sessionStorage. It therefore does not display a consent banner for non-essential tracking it does not perform.

The private hosting and sign-in layer may set cookies or equivalent storage that are strictly necessary to authenticate an authorised visitor, maintain security, route requests, or prevent abuse. If optional tracking is ever added, it must remain disabled until the visitor makes a freely given, specific choice and this notice is updated.

Website and engagement terms

  1. Information only. This site is an invitation to discuss scope, not a binding offer, price, acceptance mechanism, or guarantee.
  2. Written agreement controls. Scope, deliverables, support, fees, taxes, timing, licence, confidentiality, consumer rights, warranties, liability limits, governing law, and dispute resolution belong in the signed proposal or contract.
  3. Buyer-controlled inputs. The buyer is responsible for authority to provide strategy source and for the lawful licence, quality, and suitability of market data and third-party platform access.
  4. No misuse. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls, scrape non-public materials, disrupt the service, or use the site or deliverables unlawfully.
  5. No reliance on demonstrations. Screenshots, sample workflows, simulated outputs, and explanatory copy illustrate process; they do not represent future results.

Trading and research risk disclosure

  • Trading futures, cryptoassets, and memecoins can result in rapid and total loss of capital.
  • Leverage can create losses greater than the amount initially committed.
  • Backtests, simulations, paper trading, and walk-forward studies are hypothetical and contain modelling assumptions, data limitations, and execution uncertainty.
  • Past or simulated performance does not predict future results.
  • Slippage, spread, fees, liquidity, latency, market impact, outages, contract rolls, and data errors can materially change live outcomes.
  • Prop-firm rules, evaluation costs, account terms, and payout conditions can change and must be verified directly with the relevant firm.
  • Cryptoassets may carry extreme volatility, smart-contract, custody, venue, regulatory, manipulation, and total-loss risks. Memecoins may have concentrated ownership and little or no durable liquidity.
  • King's Palace does not route live orders or sign wallet transactions. Any later live deployment is a separate, buyer-controlled decision.

Use only capital you can afford to lose and obtain independent financial, legal, tax, and regulatory advice appropriate to your jurisdiction.

Accessibility statement

King's Palace is designed and tested toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across keyboard use, screen-reader semantics, contrast, zoom, reduced motion, and layouts from 320px upward. The interactive footer wordmark is an optional visual enhancement; the same brand name exists as accessible text and no legal or product information depends on the canvas.

If any content or interaction is difficult to use, report the page, device, browser, and problem through the operator contact above. A reasonable accessible alternative should be provided without unnecessary delay.

Before a private engagement

Do not send strategy source, passwords, account access, or payment details through the assessment form.
